Why we use finally block in try catch expection if we have catch exception in catch block?

To ensure that the object will be disposed even if it hits the catch block. Actually you don't need to use Finally block at all. Instead use the Using Statement when dealing with objects that eat resources such as database connections memorystreams filestreams and etc..
