C# code to allow only a checkbox selected in listview

I need your help to make a condition in my Project.

This is what I looking for:-



This is form to print a particular month's financial report. I want c# code to allow only one checkbox selection.

If I select more than one checkBox from this listview, the other checkboxes are to be unselected.

Please help me on this topic.
