C# code to connect to TFS

Hi All Can some share a C# code to connect to TFS and read all the properties from custom Template.

Yeah using that i am able to connect to TFS. But i am not able to connect to My Team Project where it has some custom properties like Requested by URL ect.. So 1st i need to connect to my project and retrieve all the custom properties of my project Template
