Hi All I am facing one problem. i have created two column in DataGridview for Calculate purpose but when i press the button value is correct but after the dot. its showing long decimal i want just two value after the dot. please advice about this thanks.. like in datagridview value is showing = 425.56464654646 but i want like that = 425.56

Use string. Format() to assign value to datagtidview cell as below string.Format ({0:F2}value);

Try to Math.round before assigning to the GridView i.e. where actual calculation is happening.
