hello

how to access the method of one form to another form
method contains no of button properties & other logical things
so if the method accessed then the button of one form should access at the other form.
please tell me?

To access an instance method or property of one form from another form (or class) in the same application you need two things: 1. The accessibility of the method or property to access needs to be either public or internal. 2. A reference to the other form's instance. There are several ways to obtain the second of these requirements though I'll just give you two here. If you don't want to disrupt the existing code then you can obtain a reference to Form2 (say) as follows: Form2 f2 = (Form2)Application.OpenForms[Form2]; f2.SomeMethod(); If altering the existing code is not a problem you can obtain a reference as follows: // add highlighted code to Form2 class: class Form2: Form { internal static Form2 Instance; public Form2() { InitializeComponent(); Instance = this; } // rest of code } // now add this code to access SomeMethod() on Form2 from a different form Form2.Instance.SomeMethod();

hi Gopal As per you requirement I think it would better to create common class which is hold your method and both the place call the same method. you can also make this method as static. hope this will help you.
