What is a multi-cell buffer can you send me an example? I am not for sure if this person saying and size a array or not.

I've never heard of a multi-cell buffer so if it's a computing term it must be an obscure one. The only thing I could find on google that was remotely like it is this link about the design of manufacturing systems: http://www.springerlink.com/content/j1323524555x73x5/ There is a Buffer class in the .NET Framework which can be used for manipulating arrays. There are a couple of articles on this site about it (in the sidebar to the right) if that's of interest to you.
