How to add primary key of one table as secondary key in other table

You can add null / not null or change data type as per your requirement. Data types should be IDENTICAL between tables. Also this is an exclusive db related thing please do not couple it with C# MVC etc. The syntax wouldn't change if you use Java! In fact try to remove any association you may have in your mind about back-end and front-end. That's what the abstraction is!
