C# Program that outputs all perfect numbers less than 1000 ?

Hi all C# Program that outputs all perfect numbers less than 1000. The Proper divisors of a positive integer 'n' are those integersexcluding 'n' itselfthat divide 'n' exactly. For Example : Proper divisor of 12 are 1234 and 6. A perfect number is the Positive Integer that is equal to Sum of its proper divisors. For Example : 6 is a perfect number because 6 = 1 + 2 + 3 . Can any one help on this issue ? Thanks in advance Naveen...

Yes this is a class assignment and I think you need to be concerned that your instructor might monitor sites such as this. If someone gives you an answer then the instructor might know where you got the answer from. Does your school have a policy about plagiarism? I agree with Mike and Felipe that you need to make an effort to do the work yourself. If you have a specific question then you are much more likely to get help.

Mike has a good point naveen read http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perfect_number once you understand the calculation behind it you should be able to write a function in no time. Remember % operator for quick result exclusions.

This sounds like a homework assignment and although I am itching to give you the answer C# Corner believes that people should do their own homework without getting the answer on the internet otherwise what is the point? One thing that school teaches you is how to approach solving the problem. Even if you don't get it right at least make an attempt at doing it so you can at least practice going through the thinking involved in problem solving.
