C# replacement for C++ (CVideoModes:GetCurrentVideoMode(CurrentMode)

Question

In C++ you can get the registry details of your Display setting by using 
(CVideoModes:GetCurrentVideoMode(CurrentMode).

Is there an equivalent for C#?
