C# Service Working

Question

Hello guys. Could somebody show me an example of a working service ( in Windows 7 ) which is activating automatically and doesn't need Manual Start? All I want to do with this Service, is: once installed in my computer, when the PC enters in Windows, to startup the service and then, at a specific time ( for example once at 10 minutes ) to search my desktop for .pdf files. Then, I will upload them on a FTP server ( this part with the upload file I know to do it ).
