Hello. what do developer need to develop touch screen app.Or only connecting touch screen monitor will accept touchs.button will accept fingers as mouse key? thanks in advance

Yes Button will accept fingers as mouse key. So you don't need to write any special code for touch.

Yes Its also work in WinForms. If some control not work then it have touch event.
