Are you just needing a quick reference book or something in that nature? If so C# Core Language by Bill Wagner is a good book. It was actually my first C# book i picked up. I was like you and was already familiar with C++. The author even mentions about if your a current C++ or Java programmer that you wont have any trouble learning C#. The only thing youll be needing to learn is the syntax new features and the .net base classes. Hope this helps!!
