i use this code from http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/22913/Auto-logout-Within-a-Windows-Application. And than appear above this warning. How to fix this warning.Please help me.

For some unknown reason the link you gave is not working. However I can tell you that System.AppDomain.GetCurrentThreadId() is just a wrapper for the API function GetCurrentThreadId and is not the same thing at all as the ManagedThreadId property you're supposed to use instead. If you need the native thread id then there's really no choice but to use this method obsolete or not and for this reason I still use it myself and have never had a problem as a result. So I'd be inclined to just use it and ignore the warning - it will still compile fine. However if you don't like to see warnings you can suppress it by placing this directive before the offending line: #pragma warning disable 618 and this one after it: #pragma warning restore 618 Alternatively you can just P/Invoke the API function directly: [DllImport(kernel32.dll)] static extern uint GetCurrentThreadId();
