Question

can we create a Delegate for an Array?
&
if we are executing two are more programs simultaneously then is one Garbage collector i working for two programs OR one garbage dedicated to each program ?

A delegate represents a method not an array. However it can represent methods which take an array as a parameter or which return an array to the caller. Each process has its own garbage collector.
