Well the full name of the namespace is: System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization.Charting So you need to add a 'using' directive for that namespace if say you want to create a Chart. As Rajendra said you also need to add a reference to System.Windows.Forms.DataVisualization.dll if you haven't done so already.

You are very likely missing a reference to the DataVisualization DLL. Note that although they share the namespace of System.Windows.Forms.dll they aren't actually contained within it.
