Hello Do we need as a programmer to remember everything well in c#?To learn every corner of c# weel?Or to learn the articles when it needs in our projects? Thanks in advance

No you don't have to know everything about C# to be an effective C# programmer. You just need to know the basics and to learn other features (from articles books etc) when you need to use them. However it is important to understand the features that you do use - otherwise you're going to find it hard to debug and maintain your applications.
