Job Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking developers for our Phoenix office who want to play an important role on Microsoft .Net based projects. This is a full-time, salaried position that includes salary plus overtime, outstanding growth opportunities, leading edge training, and comprehensive benefits.
Our .Net Developers architect, design and implement complex web and smart-client applications using sound object-oriented design patterns and the latest Microsoft technology. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive on the challenges of working in new environments with the latest technologies. The role of the.Net developer is to help provide technology leadership within the development team through mentoring, problem solving, and implementing solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, assisting in the selection and design of a technology solution, working with the project manager to estimate tasks, assisting in the implementation of the solution, and mentoring and leading team members.
Desired Background:
• 2-5 years of experience designing and developing distributed systems including demonstrated experience with .Net Framework, SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms, web services and XML
• Experience developing object-oriented applications required
• Experience with implementation of complex logical database designs and relational database concepts
• Experience with BizTalk Server or Sharepoint Portal Server is a plus
