C#.NET 2005 Express Edition and SQL Server 2005 Express Edition connectivity

Question

Hi all,

If u have a problem regarding C#.net express edition and sqlserver 2005 express edition
on windows xp.
if u have an error saying as

Named Pipes Provider, error:40 - Could not open a connection to SQL Server

in the sqlconnection string u use

Data Source=.\SQLEXPRESS

instead of

DataSource=localhost or (local)

It worked for me.....
