Can a view from one database be copied to another database

Right click on your database and Go Tasks->Generate scripts. SQL Server Management Studio is able to generate the CREATE scripts for Most of All Database Objects. Then you simple copy this script and execute it on the target server/database.

View script can be copied using Generate Script option and running it on the new database. If you wanted View data as view is only virtual data you need to copy the underlying tables. In case you need a table with view data you can use the SELECT INTO sql for that.
