Hi i have to create an application having a single page and i have to give the right to the user to upload as many files as he want and  the uploaded files just be the logo Images and on clicking the logo he should move to the actual website using URL the reference site is just like that http://tenthousanddollarhomepage.com/ below is the main page of the application i need like that  Which technology i should use i do not know how to start up for that

Technologies like ASP.NET MVC + jQuery and CSS and do that for you or you can use Single Page Application technologies like AngularJS or KnockOutJS. It really depends on you. You just have to take one step at a time and start from the basics. Lean the technology that you want to use learn JavaScript and start digging into the features. You would also need to learn image uploading. There are bunch of examples in the web that demonstrates that you just have to do a little search to find what exactly you are looking for.
