Can any one suggest me tools for query optimization?

Hello can any one please suggest me tools for SQL query optimization for perfomance tuning? I am working with sql server 2014 and want to improve perfomance of the queries i know about sql profiler execution plan but i am searching for better tool. can you sugget please?

Actually to say the SQL profiler Execution plan are best in my experience.
