Can i Detect the Screen where an application is running?

Question

i am writting a Windows form App in VS2015, C#.NET; i want to this app resume where i close it. i got 3 monitors and i want to the app open in the monitor i left it.

i don't know how to detect that. does anybody knows how to do it?
