hi Can I install xcode on Windows Xp? And alos how can I develop an iPhone application in C#?

No straight installation possible. But there are 'patch'es available for PCs. You need to get the Mac OS (leopard tiger etc) and its corresponding PC patch. Install the OS along with the patch. These PC patches are cracked versions and might crash often. But with intel cor2duo and 3 gb ram you might be able to do good.
