Can I use the tabletPc inputpanel character pad in my application

please I need help I will create an application and I need to have a character pad similer to the one in the input panel to recognize text is this possible Im new to this so please help :( !!!!!

Hi thanks for your reply now each laptop with vista OS has tablet pc input panel even if it is not tablet :) but how can I call the input panle from my application ??

I don't think it will work on a desktop; valid tablet pc code using Microsoft.Ink.TextInput throws an error when executed on a non-tablet pc (I tired it anyway and I did not find a workaround for it).
