Can not access the database

Hi everybody,

I have sql server 2008 express database and using visual studio 2008 to develop the web site and have to use custom membership provider and custom role provider.When I use Website administarion Tool to create the roles and users it gives the following error

Unable to open the physical file "C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.SQLEXPRESS2008\MSSQL\DATA\WLDatabase.mdf". Operating system error 5: "5(Access is denied.)". Cannot attach the file 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.SQLEXPRESS2008\MSSQL\DATA\WLDatabase.mdf' as database 'WLDatabase'.

what should I do?

Or shouldn't I use this tool?

How exactly to impliment custom mebership/Role providers ?

Please some body help me.
