Can Use _dopostback into Hyperlink but when click on the Hyperlink the link is real link??

Hello Friends ! I have the question that i have the "Hyperlink" on my website and i want when i hover on that link.That link display is "javascript:_dopostback("","")" at the bottom of the screen like image.And when i click on this link ,so this link is the real link like this:http://localhost:2344 user/WebForm3.aspx.I can do it or can't??
