Can VS 2005 change Framework from 2.0 to 1.1

Question

Can I change my application to use the 1.1 Framework instead of 2.0 on my 2005 Visual Stusio?

If so, does anyone know how?

I found the solution. I removed the comments from the DTD thus reducing the size and loaded the XML successfully.
