Can we create windows service in C# 2010 express edition

Can we create windows service in C# 2010 express edition ? Are their any limitations in that ?

You should be able to build a windows service in VC# 2010 Express without any limitations as all the classes you need are in the .NET Framework 4.0. However a practical problem is that there's no template for a windows service in that version. If you like a rugged approach to programming then you could work purely from the MSDN documentation by looking in (and around) this link: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.serviceprocess.servicebase.aspx You'll need to add a reference to System.ServiceProcess.dll to your project. Otherwise you'll need to get a template from somewhere such as by downloading a trial version of the 'paid for' version.
