Can we use Visual Studio for making deployment of diffrent application....

Actually i m working on ARAS Innovator. i have developed my software. but in aras there is no facility to make setUp. Shall i make it with Using Visual Studio....? Please Help...

I think we can use because(not sure)Aras Innovator PLM software is extremely compact and requires minimal infrastructure to run. Base Requirements are SQL Server Windows Server and the .NET Framework.
