Cannot find SMTP at windows features

Please i cannot find how to SMTP at the windows features  any help as to how to add or install will be greatly appreciated.

Please i hv develop a mailing application which i want the smtp to be enable so i can test it to if it works ok it is a laptop not a server but the thing is smtp is not found under the iis where it usually be. i am greatful for help please hepl me out here thanks
