can't save data in access database

Question

i am creating a vb.net project in visual basic with access database. i am trying to save data but i doesn't save permanently. it saved but after a sort period of time it automatically vanished from table. i don't know why it happened.

i used different way(static) to add database(access) so connectionTable adapter and binding source is automatically created As show in video:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzBPaM098GQ is this way is correct to create large vb app?
