Can't access the file. It might be in use .. Zune software error

Question

When I tried to login to Zune Software getting the following error. I checked Zune website. Can't access the file. It might be in use you might not be able to access the computer where the file is stored or your proxy settings might be incorrect. This is annoying why Microsoft can't fix this kind of minor problems?

Have you determined the cause? I think it is likely that there is a valid explanation for why it is not working. A big problem that Microsoft has is that they are usually lousy at providing diagnostic information. It would help if they provided a more useful indication of where the error is (in use unable to access the computer or proxy settings) with all relevant data available such as what error they received from the other system. Their error information is usually not as complete as it could be.
