Canvas to bitmap

Question

I want to save my canvas as bitmap image in WPF? Is it directly possible or should i include libraries?

thanks Dear Paru i had seen this solutions in the internet i need to save the canvas in a bitmap variable  and the speed is very important for me because i'm processing the canvas picture and i want to use it in image processing and machine vision then if i save the picture in the hard and then call it again i will lose a lot of time! do you have another solution?
