What exactly do you mean by Capture Image? Do you mean screen capture? Do you mean web cam capture? Do you mean scanning an image and show it on viewer? I know a programming toolkit (leadtools) that supports these features (screen capture web cam capture and scanning). This toolkit has a native .NET classes that you can use in Winforms and Webforms applications. You can find more information on their website .
