I am not an export for VB.NET but in C# this could work for you. // overwrite OnSessionChange in your ServiceBase class protected override void OnSessionChange(SessionChangeDescription changeDescription) { if(changeDescription.Reason == SessionChangeReason.SessionLogon) { // do all your stuff } }
