Career in Asp.net

Question

I am working in IT company on asp.net as a Trainee software developer. daily one question raises in my mind that when i will go to Company Like MNCs where The Projects Are very Tough and May be foreign projects like UsaUK etc. So To Prepare For That Job is any extra preparation required.
