Please guide me in shaping my career . I have two year of experience in manual testing and some basic knowledge of Automation testing.

Since you already have 2 years of exposure in s/w testing, you should focus on Automation testing. As you already have basic knowledge of Automation, it will not take so much time. Try to get some certifications atleast ISTQB. I would also suggest you to practice on SOASTA CloudTest . You can download its CloudTest Lite version free. It will make you stand unique and help in getting good position easily. All the Best!!!

Don't you have any knowledge about Unit Testing & Integration Testing.
