Hi.. Never get hopeless in life.... That is a sign of weakness.... All are weak in one or the other field.... As far as learning is concerned...... the entire world is doing self-learning.... as good teachers are rare... I would suggest... go for video tutorials.... that will be faster and easier... book-reading will take a lot of time !

I think the problem you face are one level upper than technical/career. I recommend undergoing some self-improvement areas like Yoga Meditation Motivational Training etc. Once you gain enough 'brahma' you should be able to fix the skills problems.
