Hello sirI have done btech(it) in 2007 then compleated MBA(Marketing) in 2010. I want to go in programming .I have joined a small company as a web developer (around 2 yrs experience).But i am not getting growth as required.Many people advice to go in marketing .What i do.advice me

How do you measure growth is a big question!!First set a goal where you want to see yourself in next 5 years pen it down and break your goal into small achievements. Then plan accordingly. If you feel your current job roles are not aligned to your personal goal its time to make a switch.Also 2 years is still a start and you should keep focus on learning new technologies and keen on taking new challenges as they come across your professional life.

Get into some good companies which work on US & UK based projects. You will grow as a Developer. 2 year is just a start. Get some certifications to put value in your Degree. Then start preparing for Interviews. Best of Luck.
