Hi Gomathi Palaniswamy  It will be good if you can contact some institutes that helps in the preparation of these certification courses like HCL. They will let you know the hierarchy of the certification .Net and Java and their importance Their fee  Number of trials you can attempt They can provide you material to study too. In NIIT Institute you can do your certifications. There itself training provided. You can also take some mockup exam through online. Lots of questions are available in google. Just search through it and complete your certification.
