I have two textboxes user name and password and these are connected to sqldatabase table i want these textboxes case sensitive help me.

Kirtan what is "password_from_database" here ? and i have two form from 1st from i register a user which can fill userid and password in any format but by 2nd form(login) when they enter then the format shld be same as registered waiting for right reply

Friend, You want Case Sensitive or Case insensitive ?? because when you compare password using simple IF condition its By default case sensitive . if you want to do case insensitive comparison then you can do it like string pass_from_db = "test"; if ( txtpassword.Text.ToLower() == password_from_Database.ToLower()) { MessageBox.Show(" login success "); } else { MessageBox.Show("Access denied !!"); }
