Hi Sachidanand You have not mentioned if you are .net web developer or just backend developer. 1. If you have worked up on web developement I would suggest you to learn MVC framework .net core  AngularJS TypeScript. These are trending technologies and good for career growth. 2. If your interest in more into Database side then you can learn SSRS like reporting service or some DBA related certifications. But I would recommend you 1st option i mentioned.So do some course and certifications around it or you can learn it from web tutorials or youtube channels or pluralsite training videos. There are several online tutorials available. All you have to do is Google or search in YouTube. You can register for Microsoft Virtual Academy which is absolutely free. Video available on channel9.msdn.com as well. You can register for Dev Essentials program from Microsoft and get free subscription for WintlectNow now founded by Jefry Ritcher probably the best to comment on Windows platform. I guess that would be more that what you can swallow.

Start with a Microsoft Certification in C# then MVC too good And for sql you can do for Oracle certifications
