Change career at 29?

Question

Hi Team I am 29 and have around 6 yrs of experience in IT Helpdesk. Currently I am jobless and have decided to persue some specialisation. Now the thing is I have already spent 6 yrs in IT Helpdesk and have family to look after. Hence can you advice me something in which I have to invest less and achieve more. I am not intrested in coding but more inclined towards Vendor Management People management Procurement Budget and Policy guidance. I am even ready to do something which is more of database but less of coding. How about Sharepoint will that contribute to my standing ecperience? Pl advice. Thanks Trupti

Trupti Well SharePoint is certainly a decent career path; as an alternative you might want to take a look at Microsoft Dynamics as well. I like Scott's advice. I've seen many companies have asked about Microsoft Dynamics and there are not too many experts in that. You don't need coding for that at all plus it is a very niche market.
