change gridview cell background color in arrows move

hi every body

how can i change gridview cell background color in arrows move when i move to the cell with keyboard arrows the cell color changed to the color i need when i leave it . it change to another one ?

thankx but in windows application there is no rowdatabound event and i didnt need it in onmouseover or onmouseout movement i need it happen when the crouser move with the keyboard arrows up down left right
