Hello Joginder Banger You modified my question i don't have any span for Select neither i want if i have to do this with span or any other element it will not take time but i want to find second Select the way i wrote it with in Div so sorry but that was not the solution for this question.

Hi As per my understanding you can only give styles to a html tag and not to any particular text inside it. So you can try putting that select inside some span tag and give style to that.
