change the datetime after one year without user interaction

Hi,

     In my database I have a columns with names Id,Name, DOJ . If the joining date is 08-07-2015,after one year exactly the date time should be automatically shown as 08-07-2016.This must be come by default in the Database and without any user interaction..

                      How do I set that type of Default Date?
