Changing Password in Active directory without credentials..

Hello evreyone Would like to ask if there are any other ways on how to change password in active directory programatically in C#..I'm planning to create a design that needs to input their old password and put new password to replace their old password without credentials from AD Administrator..please help me.. Thanks in advance!!Appreciate your big help experts..
