I believe you have characters in an arryalist & want convert them to their ascii code. you can use Asc('A') in vb.net and for c# you can use Convert . ToInt32 ( 'A' ) Traverse through the array list & convert items. like var ResponseArray = new ArrayList(); foreach(var item in ObjArrayList) { ResponseArray.Add( Convert.ToInt32( item )); } you can visit http://www.dotnetperls.com/arraylist if you want something else
