can i access more than one radio button or checkboxes at a time?

There's an example here illustrating how RadioButtons work as a group to ensure that only one can be checked at a time. http://www.devmanuals.com/tutorials/ms/aspdotnet/radiobutton.html There's not much point studying a CheckBox example as they just behave how you'd expect (i.e. they can be checked independently) but, if you like, you can add a couple to the example code to show that this is in fact correct.

Only one RadioButton can be checked at any one time if they belong to the same group i.e. they share the same GroupName property. However, whether a CheckBox can be checked is not affected by the status of other CheckBoxes.

hello mohit pandey we can access only one radio button at a time, but more than one checkboxes.
