Chnage the color of buton in content Pages in ASP.net

Question

Hi All I have 4 buttons in my master page when I click each button it will goes to respective content page.What i want to do is when the page redirect to respective content page respective button color is change until we goes to next page. Please give an idea to do this. Thanks in advance.
